The pursuit of excellence and the desire to provide customers with the finest products, has encouraged us to raise the quality control process in our production to an even higher level. For this reason we have decided to introduce the internationally recognised IFS - International Food Standard, a safety standard that ensures a high level of whole-chain transparency in the food production process. By implementing this certificate in our production system, we guarantee the highest quality of products and the maximum safety for health, whilst at the same time satisfying high customer expectations.
In addition to the HACCP certification on our hatcheries, we plan to further introduce world standards in the quality control and healthcare system of our products and the environment. We are currently planning to introduce the GLOBAL G.A.P. certification at our hatcheries, which will confirm the excellence of our cultivated white and processed fish.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is an integrated food safety control system at all phases of its production and distribution process. It is based on a preventative approach, which contributes to reducing the risk to the population's health.
IFS Food (International Featured Standard) provides a high level of transparency across the entire supply chain, i.e. food traffic.
